What We Do…

When young adults age out of the foster care system, they are more likely than their peers to experience homelessness and unemployment. They also have a high school graduation rate of just 42% and a higher education completion rate of less than 3%. By age 21, 71% of women will be pregnant, and 1/3 will find themselves sex trafficked, just to name a few barriers that these young adults face.

Through our campuses, we are able to offer young adults who have aged out of foster care, a program focused on trauma coaching while addressing wrap-around life skills, as well as work and education support. We have affordable housing that allows young adults to take the stressors of increased housing costs off their shoulders and provide an individualized plan that will empower each young adult to have sustainable, long-term success in their lives and to never become homeless again.
